H.A.Williams' impact was astonishing - most remarkably through his published masterpiece, "The True Wilderness". During the last decades of his life he was often asked to publish more, but refused. After his death in January 2006, a typescript was found in his desk which he had been working on during these years and which we are now proud to publish. Along with this, "Living Free" contains a number of other unpublished writings of great significance. Quoting Martin Buber's dictum that 'there is nothing that so masks the face of God as religion, Williams moves beyond traditional theological language to outline a new view which does not contradict Christian orthodoxy but moves beyond it.
